Seller
Products are sold by alexbigstore, an individual seller. Support: xuchunsun@gmail.com. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Creem as merchant of record where applicable.
Products
We sell digital goods (templates, databases, documentation, and related ops kits). Nothing on this site is legal, tax, investment, or employment advice. Results depend on how you use the materials; we do not guarantee revenue, sponsors, or outcomes.
License
After purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered files/templates in your own projects. You may adapt them for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, share login/duplicate links publicly, or offer the kit as your own product without written permission.
Delivery
Digital delivery is typically immediate via the success page and/or purchase email (duplicate links or downloads). Check spam/junk if you do not see the email. Contact support with your order email if access fails.
Refunds
Because digital goods are delivered instantly and can be copied, all sales are generally final once access links or files are provided. If a technical failure prevents delivery and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, email xuchunsun@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details—we will repair access or refund at our discretion. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or products for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, or infringement of others’ rights. We may refuse service or revoke access for abuse.
Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, alexbigstore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits/data arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Third-party tools
Some kits integrate with or link to third-party services (for example Airtable or Notion). Those services have their own terms and pricing; we are not responsible for their availability, policies, or changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection laws in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with support at xuchunsun@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
