What we collect
- Purchase data. Checkout is processed by our merchant-of-record partner (Creem). They may collect your name, email, payment details, and billing country to complete the sale and send receipts/delivery links. We receive order confirmations and the email needed to fulfill your purchase.
- Support messages. If you email us, we keep the content of that conversation to help you.
- Basic site logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use information
- Fulfill digital deliveries (template/duplicate links, updates).
- Respond to support requests and fix access issues.
- Meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations via our payment partner.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the store—primarily Creem (payments & receipts) and hosting/DNS providers. They may process data under their own privacy policies.
Retention
Order and support records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Your choices
Email xuchunsun@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you (subject to legal retention needs). For payment-card data, contact Creem—the card processor—as we do not store full card numbers.
International transfers
Our tools and payment partner may process data in the United States or other countries. By buying or contacting us, you understand that processing may occur outside your home country with appropriate safeguards used by those providers.
Children
Our products are intended for adults running businesses or newsletters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
